Booked it for our weekend and had a very very good stay here. The service was good, including an awesome breakfast with sausage n red beans, red beans and almost the same everyday. Location: the hotel was near to another holiday @ Corus Paradise Resort, and sea, free brunch and dinner for 2 persons during christmas...

All the hotel staff are friendly and attent the guest with smile and even the hotel facilities out of service because of old age they attend promptwhenever we complains.
in the swimming pools the hotel allow people to go in without proper attires. that is very bad, I come across one malay lady came out from the pool, blood stain at her back.

The location was strategic and stunning, next to the breakfast serving area. It was close enough to a private beach, restaurant, and the real sea, which I loved. - This was a really good stay for a family vacation.

hotel room are good, clean and big enough for a family, coz with two queen bed.
check in counter was really slow and the staff are totally no smiling , the worst part is the breakfast service are really disapointed , no enough table and we stand beside to wait other gust to finish and we need to clear the table by our self. food / spoon / folk finsih was no refill. parking lot are less and the bad parts is the security allow the car park middle of the road and block for others car exit.

I'm so sorry to say that I think the only compliment i can give is the beautiful beach and your crew in handling the water activities.
In fact I think there are many areas that you can improve on:1) The lift provided is only 2 , another one is meant for staff only. And out of these 2, only one is functioning and each and everytime we are going out we have to wait long for the lift especially when it is during the peak season, the situation is worse. 2) The breakfast served is fast however there are too limited variety of breakfast. 3) There is not much of beach/seaside games and activities untill everyone has to dive into the only swimming pool that you have. 4) There is not enough staff at the reception. 5) Room facilities such as the lighting is not functioning well.

The room is spacious and it comes with 2 queen-size beds. When i found out about the negative comments posted in the internet, I was shocked and felt regretful booking this resort. However, It' wasn't as bad as I thought when we check-in the room. We can't find any molds in the bathroom nor bed-bugs on the beds xcept the toilet bowl flushing system is not that powerful so we had to flush twice to ensure everything was flush away. There ain't any bugs on the beds xcept we felt kind of sandy laying on the bed even the housekeeping was done. Overall, I would say worth the money for my whole family for the room rate I paid.
The bed is too springy and the bed sheets felt kind of sandy even after housekeeping was done. The restaurant that served breakfast has too many food files and the juice cups weren't wash properly. Too little variety of spread for the breakfast buffet.

It was our choice to experience Port Dickson during a crowded week end in July so I won't conplain about that it was let's say interesting. Pool was full all day long long with kids and adults malaysian families. I was really disapointed for the price; room was dirty at check in, and the gym was very small, the only good point was the view over the sea. breakfast was included, it is ok if you like having asian food in the morning!
Staff atcheck in was really bad... Took them 15min to find our booking, I specifily put a remark saying that we arrived early morning but it took them 2h to find a room for us... no service at all asked some info about buses around and all instead of having a look on the internet their answer was I don't know.... no brand standards I don't even think I heard the word welcome at check in !!!
